Around Strathmore
The first land sales in Strathmore took place in 1843 and 1845, and for many years the district was known as North Essendon before the Strathmore name was adopted. The Tullamarine Freeway passes through, the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail follows the creek, and Napier Park is one of the wilder parks in Moonee Valley.
We ask about the kitchen before booking. Jobs here can include replacing an old dishwasher in its existing cavity and adjusting the cupboard doors either side so they close flush.
Bought a new dishwasher from The Good Guys Essendon? We’ll install it for you. Store names are for location reference only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
FAQs
Can you adjust the cupboard doors beside a new dishwasher?
Yes. Cabinet hinge adjustments are part of our doors, locks and cabinets service and can be done in the same Strathmore visit.
What do you need to know before a dishwasher install?
The dishwasher model, the cavity size and photos of the tap, drain and power point. That tells us whether it can connect to what is already there.
Do you work near Napier Park and the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail?
Yes. Homes near Napier Park and along the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail are in our Strathmore service area.
